I will share with everyone how I prepared my favourite meat recipe with ease.
This is recipe of meatballs, the ingredient used and preparation procedures will be shared below;

- Meat (beef)
- Pepper
- Salt
- Steak spice
- Chilli spice
- Curry
- Maggi
- Onions
- Ginger
- Butter
- Egg
- Corn flour and
- Vegetable oil

Step 1 : season the meat with salt, maggi, onions, pepper and steam properly.

Step 2: Use hand blender to grind the meat into pieces.

Step 3 : the meat was ready to be spiced, so I added some ingredient to it and they were; salt, chilli spice, curry powder, maggi, onions, ginger, steak spice and mixed it together.

Step 4 : add egg, mix and mould it like balls.

Step 5 : this is another stage of this procedure. Mix corn flour, butter and egg together and set vegetable oil to heat up.

Step 6 : dip the balls in the mixture and fry.

I like this recipe because it is very easy to prepare and tasty. Apart from that, it can be used for different meals and my family likes it as well.
