Assalamu Alaikum How is everyone. Alhamdulillah I am very well and healthy. I can't be active regularly because of my two babies. Try as much as possible to stay active. Like every day I am here with a recipe. I love to post recipes. Today's post may be a popular post for you. I was walking on the road in the morning and going to my aunt's house. The market is ahead. On the way, I saw a gourd. Juicy gourd is very good to eat. Dao was the food of our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW. I really like pumpkin. I love cooking fish with gourd. And he likes to eat vegetarian. And what meat to cook with. I bought a chicken a few days ago. I cooked half and kept half in the fridge. So today I thought I would cook chicken with fresh gourds. My mother-in-law also loves chicken. My daughter loves chicken liver a bit more. Anyway, this way I will share with you today's recipe with fresh gourd. Let's start today's beautiful recipe.
- Gourd
- Oil
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Ginger batter
- Garlic batter
- Cumin batter
- Chicken meat
- Chop onion
- Green chillies
- Color
I bought the gourd from the market and brought the gourd home. Then I cut it well and washed it. Then I put some chicken meat in the fridge and did not take them out.
Then I cut the pepper and onion into small pieces. Then I light the fire on the stove
When the green chillies and onions are cooked I will add a little water there too. Then add half the garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder etc.
When those spices are cooked, I will leave the meat in the spices and mix the spices with light stirring.
Then mash the meat lightly and put the gourd on it. I will mix the minced meat with the gourd and shake it well
I will give the minced meat and water as much as possible. But to a lesser extent. Because Lao food is succulent. Water may rise from the gourd.
Wait for 10 to 20 minutes in the oven. Because the gourds and meats are not cooked. I take them off the stove when I see the meats and gourds getting thick and staky.
Gourd soup. I like to eat any juicy food. So gourd is my favorite. I love to make many items with gourd. Like roasted gourd, vegetarian gourd, gourd with meat, etc. You will also like it inshallah.
