Sibling relationships are among the strongest we may have. They involve early emotional attachments that are fundamental to our growth. In a special way, siblings imitate both the support and influence of friends as well as the company of parents in one another's life. They spend a lot of time around one another, much like other members of the immediate family, because siblings frequently grow up in the same home.
I have one brother, elder than me. We grew up together like other siblings do. He is six years older than me. He used to discipline me a lot when I was a teenager. Sometimes I find it very annoying. But after completing his HSC , when he moved Dhaka finally I missed him and also those things which made me annoyed that time.
Even though he was far away, my brother used to keep track of my studies or others things. He also used to share with me what’s going on his life, give me lesson what to do or not to do in future based on his experience.
My brother’s name is Syed Arefin, after completing his BBA now doing a job in private sector. I moved Dhaka for my study in 2017. From then we staying together. Now I understand why he used to disciplined me so much. The world outside home is very different, every step must be taken carefully. He taught me to survive in every adverse environment. Now our bonding become much stronger than it before. We have almost same taste in food, love to explore new flavor so almost every weekend we used to go different food cords or restaurants.
Now I want to write about his soft side. Introverts do not express their emotions easily, my brother one of them. His love and care are always in silence. He is very attached with our mother. No wonder fathers love daughters more but in inner side son’s are the father’s comfort or place of trust.
Life’s path is never static, neither will we but the bonding we share is rare. The way he guide me or comfort me in my low is admirable. He is always there even I didn’t even ask for, support me when I needed it most and trust me like I can won every battle of my life. I pray to Almighty Allah for his good health, prosper life .
