As-salamu-Alaikum. How are you all? Hope all is fine with you. Today, I have presented the nutritional value of vegetables to you.You need to consume a balanced diet to be healthy.

Vegetables make a special contribution to satiating its necessities.Vegetables are a great source of minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients. They are fiber-rich. This nutrient gives meals more flavor and strengthens the immune system of the body. Additionally, it eases constipation and enhances digestion. According to nutritionists, an adult should eat 200 grams of vegetables daily. But we eat only 60-70 grams.

That too with potatoes. Therefore, due to the combination of needs and abilities, most of the people of our country are suffering from physical and mental diseases. Most of them are children and women. About 70 per cent of the population, especially girls, suffer from iron deficiency anaemia. More than 30,000 children go blind each year from vitamin A deficiency alone. Low vision is more visible in the eyes. But a more significant obstacle to good health than nutritional deficiencies is our ignorance and lack of awareness about the sources of nutrients.

Vegetables are disliked by many individuals. Hold your nose when you see the results. They should reconsider the issue, keeping these findings in mind. If your diet is deficient in vegetables, your gums will start bleeding because a lack of vitamin C causes bleeding gums. Citrus fruits and vegetables contain this vital vitamin.

Eating less vegetables will make your body feel tired because vegetables provide your body with folic acid, which prevents you from getting tired.

Muscle spasms

Eating less vegetables can lead to potassium deficiency. And this results in muscle cramps. Constipation will occur if vegetables do not produce fruit. Doctors say that an adult should consume at least 25 grams of fibre.

Oblivion

Brain nutrition is also reduced due to a need for green vegetables. It can also cause dangerous symptoms like forgetfulness. Various vegetables like kachushak and kalmishak available in our hands provide nutrition to any human being.
