It's still me @bonaventure and am here again to participate in this wonderful contest organise by @ripon0630, whis says Write about your steemit journey and I hope you will find mine interesting.
Introduction
Being a steemian is not easy at all it comes with lots of responsibility, hard word and even challenges but this has not stopped me from steeming.
How many hours do you spend on steemit daily? How have you grown and evolved as a steemit user
Smiles 😍 I spend about 5 hours daily on steemit, I would have love to spend more time but where am leaving there's a very poor network coverage so I have to transport my self everyday to where there is good network coverage to stay active for some time so as to show the zeal and commitment I have for this platform steemit.
How I have grown and evolved my self as a steemian is that I make sure I am always active when possible, explore the platform to know more about it, attend steemit classes as a newbie and always comment on other steemians post that i can. I also check on contest daily to see the once i can participate in and also stay free from pligiarism and always give my all to post quality content in this platform.
The goal I intend to achieve in this platform
is to Invite as many many people that I can and also earning because this will motivate me to do more. The challenges I am always facing is poor network coverage this has been in my area for a very long time now and it is also prevention me from staying active always but I pray this issue is resolved by the government soon.
What I have achieved in this platform is are many just during my first one week here I have achieved alot of things, steemit has increased my writing skills honestly I can believe I am the one blogging like this, it has also educated me more and also make me to meet and make new friends all over the world imagine me communicating with some one in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan e.t.c honestly speaking I am honored and i Never regret joining this platform.
How do you stay motivated and continue to create content even when faced with low engagement or support
Honestly speaking this question is answerable to every steemian. Dedication your self to something without getting reward is not motivating at all.
But for me I have gone through this in many aspects I have learnt to deal with life the hard way always. There is also a saying that says Nothing good comes easy and also a journey of success is not always easy you have to work very hard to succeed and also achieve what you want and there's always a light at the end of the tunnel thought the start of every fruitful journey is always hard.
So posting contents without getting rewarded or supported will even make me more active because what doesn't kill they say makes you stronger 💪 I will continue blogging I won't stop I will always be motivated because one they will be a light in my hard work.
How do you engage and build a audience on steemit? And what strategies have you found to be most effective for growing your following
The way i intend to engage and build and audience on steemit is by promoting steemit platform to the world inviting as many new people as I can to the platform.
The strategies i have found to achieve the above mentioned are as follows:
- By distributing designed fliers of steemit platform to various communities as I can.
- Teaching them the ethics they need to succeed in the platform.
- Create watssapp group to teach them the little I know to grow their different accounts that's pligiarism free, posting of quality content and most importantly always attending classes.
all this mentioned by me above I am convinced I will engage an build a good audience on steemit platform.

The road to success is always a hard way, but with my determination, hard work and concistency i believe my steemit journey will be a success.
