In our today's world, it seem to be that team based work is the rampant thing that enhances the growth to dreams and certain actualization. Most successful people are where they are today because they had team that fot their back.

The phrase 'Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" implies that working together aids a more fster result. When a team of five or more are involved in a project, the work getting done quickly is so possible compared to a person that does it all by himself. The team not only make dreams work, it accelerates it.

I have been involved in teams that varies in so many things. But today I want to let you know of a wonderful team, where we work together to create songs on our own. We contribute lyrics, keys, notes, harmony etc to the song and make out a perfect melodious song.

The amazing part of my team is this, the song that we made was the best chosen out of other team that makes up our choir. It was something worth applauding indeed.

While working as a team, we had this challenge that while trying to fit in a particular lyrics to make a melodious matching, I will totally be out of the lane. And also, we observed this obstacle, a limited time to practice the son song will be given which would result to incompletion of the songs.

Yes, it is 85% possible, as you grow your team, you are equally growing. When once you choose to do the whole task all by yourself without the team contributing to you, then know you're a true genius that wouldn't waste time in achieving their aim. Team work is better than doing it all by yourself because different ideas will be contributed which will create a difference.

Conclusion

When two or three persons come together and share different ideas, they help their dreams grow more faster. So? Team work is reliable and trustworthy if only of you're with the rightful ones.
