I hope all of you will be fine and happy with the grace of Allah Almighty. My name is Ali Hassan and I am from Pakistan and today I am going to take part in the Steemit Engagement Challenge S6-W2. I want to congratulate Steem for Bangladesh for being selected in this Engagement Contest.
Today our the article i am going to write is that I am a Teacher and Today i will answer all the Questions which are asked in this challenge. So, lets move towards our topic without delaying anymore.
Teaching is a Noble profession. It is the most satisfying and honourable Profession. Becoming a teacher is not too easy as it look. A teacher has many responsibilities. He has to manange all the things in a time frame.
I am also a Teacher and as a Teacher I feel very proudful for it because this is the blessing of God.
Teaching is the Job of Prophets.
I teach my Siblings and some other students of grade 3 and 4 in my house. As i am a university student i have done my inntermediate and Secondary education recently so my mind is fresh I also took a step to teach 8 and 9 grade students online and I am very satisfied from this profession.
I am a Mbbs student in Nanchang University, China but due to Covid Epidemic in China our Teachers are using Online method for studies. So, after taking my online class I have much time to teach others. I took a home tution at 4Pm and free them at 5:30Pm and after that I took a online Class on VooV meeting (Tencent Meeting) at 8:00 Pm.
Yes, I teach students to bear my studies expenses and for my living. In this way i am getting confidence, knoweledge and, this is also a source of income for me. I am very happy with this profession and I hope i will continue it in future.
Last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) is the greatest teacher of this world.
Being a Teacher I faced many Challanges in my life and most of time a part time teacher mostly face these Challenges but Slowly slowly you learn to manage it. Some of them are discussed below:
Time Management:
Sometime I have my classes in the time which i set for online class or for tution of Childs and sibilings. I face time management probelm and then I have to take Class as well as teach the student. This is a big challenge for me.Restlessness:
Being a teacher you have very hard routine. You have to do all of your works like me as a student i have to took my classes and then i have to complete my assignments and presentations and also have to prepare study materials for my students. So, working the whole day you cant get proper time for your life and for rest.Discipline Issues:
As I told I also teach students of grade 3 to 4 so they are Childs they are too little that they cant understand a teachers problem. They want to enjoy and play sometime but when i am busy in my class it is very hard to keep them silent and to say them to conncentrate on thier studies. I know discipline issues are the most common issue in this field but taking your class as well make it too hard to handle it for me..To Clear all students Problems:
I am a student and I am not a professional teacher so i dont have such approach a Professional teacher has in his carrier and due to lack of experience sometime I am unable to clear the students quries and unable to deliver them in the way i want so this become sometime a challenge for me.
As I have to take my own classes so I have make my attitude a little bit strict to students now I can transfer my message to them with the move of eyes but when all the students are depressed and tried I told them a story and try to motivate them and told them why i am strict to them.
But my strictness is only for thier studies and Discipline. I never demotivate them. But this strict attitude is getting good result as they silently study thier work and I also make a environment in the class to help other so I appreciate a student who help other in studies.
I hope as they grow up they will get more good results as I make them senseful students and try to make them responsible. Day by day they are understanding my problems and also start studying by themselves that actually I want.
I take a weekly test from them on Friday and I have set Saturday a recreational day for them I told motivational and good chracter stories to them so they become happy and refresh from the whole week tried routine.
As a teacher its your responsiblity to develop yourseld professionaly and give your best to students so, Professional development is very important for a teacher to become a competetive teacher in that age.
- I took some workshop and try to improve my teaching Skills.
- I took some International Meetings about teaching also from USA, UK and from China.
- I also consult to my Teachers to get them some tips how to study Childs and teenage students.
- I try to get every opportunity which can make me a good teacher and can build my abilities and teaching skills so i can deliver my best to my students.
Teaching is my Passion.
Yes, I am fully agree with the statement that higher education is very expensive. A poor person cant even think to study in University and underdeveloped countries like Pakistan, India and Bangladesh students find many problems to study and Financial problem is one of them and the biggest problem.
- Government should offer more financial aid to needy students and the need base Scholarships should be increased.
- Governnment should Increase the budget for Studies and Education Department because this is the department which can change the fate of nation..
- International Scholarships should cover more needy students and Institutes should sponser needy students.
- Universities should also need to decrease thier fees.
- Schools and Colleges should be upgraded to get higher education from there.
Teaching is a very noble profession, It is profession of prohets. You may face many Challenges in this profession but the respect you get in it you cant get it anywhere. Teaching also help fresh students to earn thier expenses and to improve them financially. Government and international intitues should provide full scholarships for needy students so they can get higher studies.
