Ego is the root of a fall

INTRODUCTION
The term "arrogance" has put a lot of people into huge troubles and worst, into their early Graves and this word is something that an individual needs to lookup in their lives and make sure to find a remedy to it.

For this post, I will like to make an entry for a post organized by sir @msharif in the steem for Bangladesh community and in this contest, we are expected to talk about some vital points as regards to arrogance.

According to sir @msharif,
There is much truth in the saying that pride is the root of the fall. There are many of us who are rich and own many things, they do not consider people as people and are always proud of everything. They do not know that pride is the root of the fall.

Yes, pride goes before a down fall and if it is not tamed, it could ultimately lead to the death of an individual. Humility is one of the keys to achieving unlimited promotion in life while pride is the key to achieving unlimited downfall.

WHO DO YOU THINK IS ARROGANT? HIGHLIGHT THE CHARACTERISTICS OF AN EGOISTS.

I think that for a person to be classified as an arrogant person, that individual must have displayed some bad characteristics. An arrogant person is a person who feels they are above the world, they think they can do what ever they want, to whoever they want and when ever they want to do it. An egoistic person always feels proud of the achievements they have in life and they tend to not listen to anything anybody says because they see that person as "unworthy." An egoistic person carries themselves to high and speaks with so much confidence, regardless of who they are talking to. They lack humility and they are ready to hit a person if the person don't do as they say.

DO YOU THINK IF WE ARE PERFECT AT SOMETHING WE SHOULD BRAG ABOUT IT?

NO. You shouldn't brag about what you are perfect in. There are tons of people out there who can do it better than the said "perfect" person can. I think that if you are good in something, you should stay humble and learn more of that particular thing and get deep and vast knowledge of it. Had it been Albert Einstein was bragging about his works, trust me, people wouldn't want to learn anything from him. Had it been sir Isaac Newton was a proud man, or a man that brags about what he has achieved, nobody would want to go close enough to tap from his knowledge.

HAVE YOU FOUND ANYONE ON THIS STEEMIT PLATFORM TO BE ARROGANT? IF SO, WHY DO YOU THINK SO?

I am not here to praise the people of this platform or to talk good of the platform, I believe in "call a spade, a spade." On this note, i have not seen anyone on the Steemit platform who is a proud and arrogant person. Steemit has good people who are welcoming and are willing to input their time in doing good for their fellow steemians.

PROPERLY ANALYZE THE ROOT OF THE FALL OF EGO.

A lion is a proud king of the jungle and it devours anything that come its way. It doesn't listen to anything nor anyone and it feels like it has arrived and could dominate everywhere in the jungle independently.

When it hunts, it hunts without mercy and kills the low graded animals and as such, it becomes feared as well as the top in the food chain.

However, the lion will continue to devour everything in it's path without mercy until it meets a Porcupine. The porcupine is a humble rodent who lives on its own and has the protection of it's torn. In the verge of hunting a porcupine, the lion will become stuck in it's hunt, securing deep injuries and as such, it'll start gaining respect in its course.

Same applies to humans, a human feels like the lion until they meet a humble person who is protected by greater forces and as such, the lion will go into great troubles and if luck is not on its side, death will envelope it.

It's honourable seeing that you went through this post, I really appreciate your time and effort.

I will like to invite @jueco @simonnwigwe and @ronindboss to join this contest.
