Assalamualaikum everyone.
How are you all my dear friends in the Steem For Bangladesh community? Hope everyone is physically & mentally fine by the blessing of Almighty Allah and leading a wonderful day in Ramadan. Alhamdulillah, today I am also very well & healthy but feel thirsty because of the what weather in our area. Dear @ripon0630 brother has organized an excellent contest and for this I am here to drop my entry in the contest . An amazing topic dear brother gave us and that is "What is your opinion on whether charity should be done publicly or secretly?" It's an attractive topic for me so I am eager to participate. But before start I want to extend my sincere appreciation to my brother for creating this outstanding contest.

In my opinion, charity are better to do both publicly and secretly. Islam religion has beautifully mentioned every aspect of our life system. Anything we do outside of this is never good. And charity is a great thing in Islam through which we can easily get reward from Allah for this life and the hereafter.As a Muslim, I believe in all the laws of God and try to obey. Allah Ta'ala says that every person can give charity publicly and secretly, but He says that public charity is best. And whoever gives secretly, Allah Ta'ala forgives his small sins. So we all follow the guidance of Allah and that is good for us.

Giving charity is a noble deed which Allah Ta'ala has mentioned many times in the Qur'an. And Allah Ta'ala also said that the giver of charity is better than the receiver of charity. Charity is giving for the welfare of people to gain the pleasure of Allah so that Allah is pleased. So we donate for the purpose of gaining the pleasure of Allah and reward from Allah in the Hereafter.We can always donate if we want and there is no obligation for it. Allah Ta'ala has arranged for charity in Islam and that is Zakat. And Muslims all over the world donate from their wealth every year according to the instructions of Allah.And by paying this zakat in specific sectors, all recipients receive donations equally and there is no possibility of anyone being left out. So I think that this way of doing charity should be adopted in our life.

Yes, there are many benefit or social impact to charity in this way.There are many guidelines in the Qur'an about the virtues of charity and respect. Where people have been instructed, guided and encouraged to give charity. In addition to this, the benefits of charity for the world and the afterlife have been described in the Quran.By giving donation regularly, dangers are removed, wealth is purified and increased, and one can be safe from immortality and fear. Besides, if you donate regularly, Allah Ta'ala will honor him in the society and other people will also come forward to donate. Also, if you donate to relatives and neighbors who are worthy of receiving donations, the relationship between them will become stronger. Donation helps the poor and needy in the society to build a better life and therefore donation is important in the society.
| Who should be prioritized for charity? |

Donation is not just for the poor, it is said to give donations to those who need it and those who do not have economic prosperity. In our society, there are people or families who have the need for donation who are unable to meet their daily needs. Besides, we have relatives and many neighbors, many of them need donations. In addition, we can usually donate to the very poor, Miskin, the disabled person, the blind, the disaster victim, the orphans and many others.

The poor have rights over the wealth of the rich. So it is better for those who have the ability to donate that they should donate. Allah Ta'ala will be pleased with them and give them a good reward in this life and the Hereafter. So if we have the ability to donate the equivalent of a date, then try to donate that amount. In this, Allah Ta'ala will shower mercy on that servant.
