🤔What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

🌄 One food that can have a positive effect on my mood is a hot cup of cappuccino. Caffeine is a popular stimulant worldwide. Whether it's in the form of coffee or other drinks, people love getting their daily caffeine energy boost.

If you are searching for a safe and natural mood enhancer, it does not get much better than coffee. When you drink a cup of coffee, the caffeine affects the main nervous system by relaxing your brain and nerves. This then leads to enhanced cognitive functioning. Caffeine keeps us free from mental fatigue, improves your concentration, and enhances your alertness. All of that increases your motivation and helps prepare you for the day's tasks ahead.

🤔 What is the process for making it? (Share the steps)

🌄Now I am sharing with you how I make cappuccino coffee at home.

1. First, heat a full-house stove over medium heat. Now mix the whole coffee with sugar. Add 2 tbsp of water and beat well with a spoon very vigorously for 5–9 minutes.

2. In this case, you can use an electric beater to save time.At home, I make it with an electric beater. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.

3. While beating for a while, you will see that the sugar grains have completely melted. With that, the color of the coffee changed to a very light color. When the coffee mixture becomes foamy, you will know that there is no need to beat it.

4. If you want to make coffee for more people, you can shake the mixture in any soft drink bottle and make more, but the foam is much better. Now pour the coffee mixture into another cup.

5. Turn off the stove and stir the milk. Whisk for 2–3 minutes so that a foam is formed in the milk.

6. Now the whole milk must be stirred into the coffee mixture from one side. After pouring the milk, it will be a foamy coffee.

🤔 What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

🌄 Let me know you know that when I have not all the elements at home, I make black coffee. Please, No one snorts at the name; I like black coffee very much.

Black coffee is a popular and easy drink. It is a strong, flavorful, and bitter coffee. Generelly It is made with only two ingredients; coffee powder and water. The process of making black coffee is simple that you can make it easily.

Normally, people like to drink black coffee in the morning. Drinking this black coffee makes people energetic throughout the day. Whether it's rainy or cold, drinking this black coffee is pleasant. Drinking this black coffee gives a lot of benefits for the human body. It is widely used for its invigorating and energising properties.

🌄Yes, of course. I recommend this food to improve the mood of others because this food has a lot of good things. Caffeine, phytochemicals, polyphenols, and sodium are coffee's nutrition elements.

Nutrition:

Black coffee contains very few calories. 95 mg of caffeine helps to stay active.

Antioxidants:

Black coffee's antioxidants are chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, and caffeic acid. Minerals: Black coffee contains small amounts of essential minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and niacin.

Vitamins :

Black coffee should be consumed in moderation to reduce the risk of side effects.
