Assalamu alaikum my steemit friends. I hope you are all well. I am also fine by the grace of almighty Allah. Today I will share a snack recipe with you. We all feel light hunger in the afternoon. That includes me. I like spicy food. Many vegetables are available during winter and make for flavorful cuisine. Today, I will share the cabbage pakora recipe.

Ingredients

  1. cabbage
  2. onion
  3. green chili
  4. turmeric powder
  5. salt
  6. rice flower
  7. oil

How to prepared

First of all, chop the cabbage. Wash well and drain the water. Then, to soften the cabbage a little, it should be well seasoned with salt. By doing this, a lot of water will come out. For this water to fall, some kshan should be kept in a sieve.

Then it should be mixed well with all the ingredients. Knead in such a way that pakoras can be shaped. Heat it in the oven with enough oil. Then fry it as big or small as you want. The heat of the oven should be kept medium. Otherwise, it will burn from the outside, but the inside will remain soft. Now it should be browned and fried. Pakora is ready. It will freeze completely with sauce or salad. And a cup of tea with it.
