Joba flower tea is especially beneficial for those who are dieting to control weight and suffering from heart disease and high blood pressure. However, excessive consumption of Joba flower tea has some harmful effects. For example, regular consumption of this tea can cause gas problems, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea, dehydration, nausea, headache, even sodium, and potassium deficiency, and many types of problems can occur as the body's healing ability decreases. So to avoid these problems and get the benefits, it is useful to drink Joba flower tea twice a week instead of daily.
