I'm @jebanikajeba, From Bangladesh. Today, I am sharing with you about the way I cultivate and the nutrition of Bitter gourds. I have a beautiful vegetable garden, but I still grow many varieties of vegetables on the roof. One of the various vegetables planted on my rooftop is the bitter gourd.

Although many people do not like the bitter taste of bitter gourd, it has many nutritional properties. One day, my father brought bitter gourds from the market, and among them was a ripe bitter gourd. I feel more comfortable growing and eating vegetables than buying them from the market because the fun of growing and eating vegetables with one's own hands is different.

As I don't have a bitter gourd plant in my house, I make seedlings from the ripe bitter gourd seeds and plant them on the roof of my house. Bitter gourd grows very quickly in fairly dry climates and any soil. For more yield of bitter gourds, I planted the tree in such a place on the roof that the tree gets sun all day long, so it didn't take much time for my bitter gourd tree to grow. Mashallah, now the tree has grown many bitter gourds.

Even if something is more effective, it is never a good idea to overdose on it. Especially for pregnant women, it is better not to eat large amounts of bitter gourd.
