Only those who love to eat shutki make their tongues water when they hear about shutki vuna. I like to eat shutki Bhorta, vuna, or cooked in any way. So today I am sharing a simple and delicious bangaliana loitta shutki vuna recipe for shutki lovers.

Coriander power | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | as per taste |

Step-1: First, cut the Loitta shutki into small pieces and wash them well with water. Generally, there is a lot of dust in the dry fish, so if you don't have to wash a little more than usual, you get sand in your mouth while eating.
Step-2: I got all the ingredients ready after washing the Loitta shutki. I first placed a pan on the stove and heated the oil a little with oil.
Step-3: When the oil gets hot, I put the washed loitta shutki in the oil. I stir-fried them until they turned a light brown colour. Then when it turns golden brown, I take out the loitta shutki and keep them in a bowl.
Step-4: Then in the pan in which I have fried the loitta shutki, in the same pan I fried the chopped onion slices with a little more oil.
Step-5: Along with chopped onions, I fry garlic cloves and green chillies together. I fried them until they turned brown.
Step-6: Then, the onions and garlic are fried well; when they turn brown, I add all the spices one by one and add enough salt for the fry.
Step-7: After grinding the masalas well, I added the fried Loitta shutki to it, mixed the shutki and masalas with little water, and added coriander leaves.
Step-8: Then the shutki was roasted, and the oil came out of it; I switched off the oven and took down the prepared loitta shutki vuna.
Waiting for Loitta Fish, the price of Loitta Shutki is very high. The protein content in Loitta shutki is much higher than that of Loitta fish. I learned how to roast this Loitta Shutki from my grandmother.
