Bharta is our favourite food in any season. In fact, according to my knowledge, many people like to eat Potol, but most of the time they don't like to eat Potol seeds. I personally like to eat Potol in cooking but I don't like to eat Potol seeds. So my mother separated the seeds of the Potol and made bharta for me. And eating hot rice with my mother's hand-made Potol seeds bharta makes me very happy. So today I'm sharing a new delicious, unique, and easy Potol seeds bharta recipe for bharta lovers.

Dry chilli | 3 piece |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Salt | as per taste |
Step-1: I have prepared the ingredients in the first step and heated the oil in a pan on the stove.
Step-2: In this step, I add the Potol seeds, dry chillies, garlic cloves and salt to taste in the hot oil.
Step-3: At this step, I fried the ingredients well and took them off the stove and poured them into a bowl to cool down a bit. The longer the Potol seeds are fried, the more the flavour of the filling will increase.
Step-4: Then I grind all the fried ingredients together well and make Potol seeds palatable bharta. Potol seeds bharta texture is very plain but it enhances my taste buds.
This Potol seeds bhartha is as easy to prepare as it is delicious to eat. The bharta made with Potol seeds is delicious not only with rice but also with khuder bhat and khichuri. This bharta increases my appetite a lot.
