Recipe of Tasteful Spinach Luchi:

Starting with greeting and respect. I'm @jebanikajeba, From Bangladesh. Today I'm sharing a very tasteful and special recipe of Spinach Luchi. Spinach is well known and loved as a winter vegetable in Bangladesh. We cook various items with spinach but many of us may not know the fun and delicious luchi that can be made with spinach. So I am describing the recipe of how to make delicious luchi with spinach in a very simple way.

Cooking Ingredients:

Ingredients: Quantity:
Flour 250 gram
Spinach 150 gram
Onion 50 gram
Coriander leaves 20 gram
Green chilli 2-3
Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Cumin paste ½ teaspoon
Salt as per taste

Cooking Process:

Step-1: First, wash the spinach well and lightly steam the spinach in a pan with half a cup of water for just 2 minutes. Because after steaming, the aroma of spinach will increase more.

Step-2: Then when the spinach is steamed, take it off the stove and pour it into a bowl to cool down.

Step-3: Then when the spinach cools a little, I make a paste with green chillies and onions.

Step-4: Thus, I made the dough by mixing all the prepared spinach paste, flour, ginger-garlic paste, cumin paste, and salt as needed. The colour of the dough looked beautiful to me.

Step-5: Then I made the dough as luchi shaped. And I heated the oil in a pan and fried the luchis.

Step-6: I served it after frying the luchis. And the luchis are so beautiful to look at and so delicious to eat. This is how I made Spinach Luchi in a simple way.

It is very nice to prepare this delicious dish with spinach and eat it together with the whole family on winter days. Spinach is rich in various nutrients such as vitamins A, B2, C, E, K, iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, and protein, Which is helpful in fill the deficit and preventing various diseases in our body.
