When the season of Taal comes, the festival of making pitha with Ripe Taal juice starts in the homes of Bengal. A variety of delicious pithas and pies are prepared with the juice of Ripe Taal. So today I am sharing with you a delicious recipe of oil free roti with Ripe Taal juice.
Cooking Ingredients:
Ingredients: | Quantity: | Ripe Taal juice | 150ml |

Flour | 100 gram |
Coconut | 50 gram |
Sugar | 50 gram |
Milk | 100ml |
Dry fruit | 50 gram |
Salt | As per taste |
Cooking Process:
Step-1: In the first step I will mix all the ingredients together well including Ripe Taal juice, flour, coconut, sugar, salt, milk, and dry fruits.
Step-2: Then in this way I thinned the ingredients with little water to make a batter.
Step-3: In this step, heat a fry pan in the Gas oven and sprinkled some water.
Step-4: In this step I sprinkled a little water in the fry pan and added a spoonful of batter.
Step-5: Then after adding the batter, spread the batter with the help of a spoon and give the shape of the bread and bake both sides of the bread well.
Step-6: Then I prepared and served all the Taal rotis in the same process one by one.
Made with Ripe Taal juice, this bread is as delicious as it is crispy. This roti made with Ripe Taal juice is also very fun to eat. This oil free Roti is as delicious as it is healthy and very easy to make. Ripe palm juice has a variety of nutritional and disease fighting properties that are good for the body.
