I instantly requested that soy sauce be brought from the supermarket after realizing that it was missing. I then acquired the things I required.
no | Ingredients | Quantity |
---|---|---|
1 | beef | 1kg |
2 | spicy masala | 1pac |
3 | onion | 1cup |
4 | mustard oil | 1cup |
5 | soya sauce | 2tsp |
6 | tomato sauce | half cup |
7 | salt | inquantity |
I opened the fridge and removed 1 kg of beef. To make cooking easier, I soaked the beef in water in a pot.
I'll clean it after the meats are removed from the ice. I'll then give it a thorough wash and let the water out.
Technique: I heat a saucepan on the stove to cook in. After placing the meat in the pot, I thoroughly combined it with one cup of water, chopped onion, roasted black pepper, mustard oil, soy sauce, and tomato sauce. I then turned the stove up to a higher temperature and covered the pot to cook.
To prevent it from sticking to the pot's bottom, I will occasionally stir. I'll put a cup of water under the lid to cook the meat. I will cover the pot and sprinkle all the spices from the little packet of black roasted spices over the meat once it is cooked and the stock has thickened.
I'll decrease it and place it over medium heat. Until the meat's dark broth is completely dry, I'll stir it periodically. Until the meat turns black in color, I will continue to stir it.
Next, after adding one tablespoon of tomato sauce and cubed onion, I'll heat it for a while. I'll sprinkle the garam masala powder on when the cooking is finished.
My kala bhuna with meat is now ready. I'll have polao and spicy meat kala bhuna.
