While some people have easy lives, others lead painful ones. My mother and I spoke today. At home, my mum raises ducks. I requested that my mother bring me some duck flesh.
My mother so brings me tamed duck. I'm going to give you a recipe for duck meat today. Items needed for the dish involving duck meat:

I chop the flesh. Next, give the meat a thorough wash and clean. After washing the meat, drain the water. I'll chop and get ready the ingredients now. To ensure a smooth cooking process, I have the essential components ready to go. I peeled and diced the onion.
I just put a pot on the burner to cook in. Once the oil is hot, I'll add the chopped onion to the pot. If the onion starts to brown, grind it with a little water and add the ginger, garlic, turmeric, and chili powders.
Once the masala is well ground, allow the oil to rise to the top before adding the meat. Mix thoroughly to include the meat and spices. Grate a little more of the duck meat.
The meat's odor will thereafter disappear. Add adequate water after grating it. The meat will be smooth if you slightly warm the water and create broth.
Until the broth thickens, I'll place a lid on it. Add the cumin powder and stir until it becomes thickened. My duck is done roasting now. Now, serve with roti or hot rice.
