My sons showed considerable interest in going out last night. My spouse was requested to return home shortly over the phone. We stayed together when my husband got home. We had a nighttime tour around Rajshahi. During the holidays, we used to go out like this at night.
I enjoy the bustling hours when people in the city work late into the night. Along the route are a lot of food vendors. We arrived at Rajshahi Nagar Bhavan. stayed there for a while. After that, we intend to eat something. A lot of food is arranged by the side of the road at night.
A variety of foods and drinks are available, including burgers, sandwiches, fuchkas, jhalmuri, momos, and the well-known Rajshahi dish Kalai Roti with Eggplant Bharta, Chilli Jhal, and Beef Kasha. These food stands along the route offer some unique dishes. These vendors attract a lot of foodies. Several These stalls are set up in this manner until dusk. There are little tables and plastic chairs for sitting.
It's midnight now, and a lot of the stalls are closed. We cannot leave now because it is too late. We went to Rajshahi's Varnali and had roti made by Kalai. We had brinjal bharta, minced beef, and green chili sauce with the bread.
I had a great time making the brinjal bharta with mustard oil. It was the most delicious beef tenderloin. We consumed our food. We had a cold 7-Up after our meal. We spent some time exploring Rajshahi at night. The ambiance at night is exquisite. From the trees by the road, a pleasant floral scent drifted in.
