I opened an account on Steemit and joined the New Commers community. My Steemit user id is @jollymonoara. I have completed my graduation in Botany from Jagannath University, Dhaka.

I am a housewife. I had completed my graduation in Botany from Jagannath University, Dhaka. After doing household chores, when there is no work, I spend my time chatting on my mobile and watching videos on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. One day I learned that you could work from home by opening a Steemit account online. There is no time or permission to work outside, so I decided to express my wishes through Steemit sitting at home.

Now I am a mother of two sons, and I dream of becoming an engineer and a doctor. My husband works in government airlines. We four are very happy in the family, we try to be best friends with the boys. The elder son is studying class ten and the younger son is studying class eight.

I always love home-cooked food be it Bangladeshi local food or foreign food. I try to make food for the children myself. A vegetable that kids don't want to eat but my two boys enjoy eating it after I cook it... So today I shared a recipe.


Broccoli cooked with the chicken recipe

Ingredients:

• A whole broccoli
• 500 grams of chicken
• 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
• A big onion of slice
• 5-6 pieces of garlic
• 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
• Half a teaspoon of chili powder
• Half a spoon of pepper powder
• A pinch of garam masala powder
• 3 sliced green chilies
• A tomato of the slice
• A tablespoon of soy sauce
• Salt and sugar to taste

1. First I will wash the chickens and broccoli well.

2. When the oil is hot in a pan, fry a little with onion and garlic.

3. Now fry a little with ginger, garlic paste, and chili paste, and add chopped tomatoes.

4. When the raw smell of ginger and garlic is gone, I will add chicken. Cook the meat well with soy sauce and pepper. I will not give any water at cooking time.

5. Soy sauce contains salt, so add a little salt.

6. When the water of the meat dries up, I will add the chopped broccoli.

7. When the broccoli water dries up, I will chop green chilies and coriander leaves. Broccoli will not be boiled too much, if it is half boiled, I will put it down.

Broccoli Nutrition facts:

"Broccoli is a low-calorie vegetable rich in carbohydrates and fiber. Raw broccoli contains 90% water. Broccoli contains various types of vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin B12, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, protein, and folate which are very necessary for our body. Broccoli is anti-cancer. Need for skin and pregnant women. Contraindicated for those with thyroid problems."
