Steem for Bangladesh community has again organized @solaymann a new contest. The contest is an exciting thing related to our Eid Day. As a participant, I will try to give my opinion and answers to questions.

Contest: How do you celebrate your Eid day

After fasting for 30 days in the Arabic month of Ramadan, when the new month of Shawwal begins, Allah Almighty allows Muslims to finish their fast and eat again. We celebrate Eid depending on seeing the new moon in the month of Shawwal. Eid is the festival of breaking fast.

The month of Ramadan is the month of purity of our soul and Eid is the last day of the completion of this purity of our soul. Again after one year, we can achieve this purity if we live in this world.

The Arabic word Eid means hope again. Eid means happiness and joy. We all celebrate this joy. The sanctity of fasting for a month gives us a new lesson to refrain from all sinful acts.

So on the day of Eid early in the morning, we wash off all the anger and jealousy in our hearts, get clean, put on new clothes, and go to the mosque to pray.

Forgetting the violence in our hearts, we, rich and poor, stand in a row and pray. This is the sanctity of our Eid.

This is the purity of mind. All our family members should wear good clothes and perform Fitra before prayer, that is, they should donate a certain amount of money to people as prescribed by the government. This is why this Eid is called Eid-ul-Fitr.

When we are allowed to eat food after a month of fasting, we organize different types of cooking in anticipation of Eid. Before going to Salat we had some sweet food and then proceeded towards the Masjid. Then at the end of the prayer, we people of all classes hug each other and exchange greetings. Then we all sit at home and eat together. Relatives, rich and poor all go to everyone's house and receive Eid salami.

According to me, this is how we can achieve the sanctity of Eid.

On the day of Eid, we all cook sweet food first, because Eid starts with sweet food. Then most of us especially I cook which -

Pour milk semai
Zorda Semai
Noodles
Khichuri
Chotpoty and fuchka
Beef curry and
Roast chicken.

Due to busyness, I could not take photos of Eid food, I have given the photos taken earlier.

Again, keeping Eid in front, we make various pithas.

After cooking so much, it does not feel like eating. Because after fasting for a month, the appetite is low, and on top of that, you cannot eat more rich food, stomach problems. I eat a little. My favorite thing is to eat fuchka and chatpati on Eid day. I make it myself and invite everyone to eat it.

I did not buy any special clothes on the occasion of Eid. I went to Kolkata before Eid and bought cotton three pieces from there. I can't stand synthetics so bought some cotton three pieces for comfort. I think it's best to wear comfortable clothes this summer.

I bought 4 clothes at once and I will show the price of them after Steem conversion.

My nuns have sons and daughters, give them Eid salami and go home after having something to eat and drink. In the afternoon I visit my rooftop plants and spend some time, taking photos. Come to my house in the evening.
