We Bengali women love to cook and eat together with the whole family. If a guest comes then Bengali women do not leave any shortage of hospitality and this is a tradition of our Bengalis. So it appears that every district of the country has some local recipes which make that local food item very popular. One such popular recipe is Coconut Prawns in the Southern Districts of Barisal in Bangladesh.
Another reason to cook it today is because my boys don't eat coconut so I cooked it with coconut paste so they don't know it has coconut in it. Prawns are one of their favorite dishes, so I cooked them with prawns so that they can get their vitamins through this recipe. They also got coconut nutrition along with shrimp. When they ask at mealtime, I will tell them about giving them coconut.
In fact, if we cook the food that children don't want to eat in a different way, then they will get food taste and also get nutrition.
So today I am sharing a recipe with you that is Coconut Prawn Curry.

First, cut the prawns, discard the hard parts, wash them with salt and water and drain the water.
Then put all the spices together and make a paste with water. In this way, preparing the masala paste before cooking increases the cooking test.

Then rub the shrimps with turmeric and salt. If i apply turmeric to the fish before frying and leave it for a while, the bacteria and smell of the fish will disappear.

Now fry the fish with oil in the pan. Then fry onion and add a little spice to it with masala paste. If the onions are fried in oil, add a little spice to the masala paste made with water. I will add a small amount of garam masala powder for flavor variation

Then make the coconut paste in a blender and pour it with the pan masala and grind the masala well, so that the oil is released from the whole masala. Now I will pour the fish into the masala pan and stir it with a spoon.

Now I will shake the fish a little and give water. When the water dries up, check the salt and add green chilies and coriander leaves. Now I will pour the curry in the bowl.
