The phrase "teamwork makes the dream work" means a lot to me. Firstly, it means that effective teamwork of two or more people achieves much more success than what a single person can achieve.
Secondly, the phrase "teamwork makes the dream work" also means to me that it is much easier and faster to accomplish a goal when I team up with others who are experts and work together with them to achieve my dream goal.
Finally, "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" simply means working with teams would make your dream come true faster than expected than working as an individual.

Yes, I have several experience being involved in team-based work, which includes both online and offline teamwork.

Here on the noble platform Steemit, I have been involved in team-based work several times, beginning when I was appointed a community curator and working as a MOD. At first, when I became a community curator, I worked as a team with six other Steemians to accomplish the goal that was given to us.
As there were seven people in a team, tasks were delegated to everyone in the team, with the team leader overseeing the work of everyone in the team. We work in unity to achieve our goal.
My offline experience with teamwork was when I was teaching. As a teacher, I was assigned to a team of 3 people to be in control of the school's inter-house sport and debate class, in which myself and my team work so well and accomplish the tasks that are given to us faster than expected.

Well, we humans are full of excursions when it comes to our working days, which is what I face working as a team in school. Either one of my teammates will give an excuse that will make me cover up for him, which I keep on doing and have become tired of doing. The obstacle that I faced working in a team was the absence of my teammate, who often missed his duty.

Yes, it is possible a person can achieve more by engaging in teamwork than individually. Working as a team increases productivity and makes work faster and easier than when working as a person.
Engaging in teamwork makes one learn and gain experience, which also helps solve problems faster based on the contributions of other team members' ideas.
