What does the phrase "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" mean to you?

To achieve a certain goal, a group of people must operate efficiently and effectively as a team. A successful interpersonal collaboration is necessary to do it. Whether it is a small hotel, a cricket team, a medical team performing a surgery or a cabinet governing a country, teamwork is essential.

One of the aims and objectives of teamwork is to increase productivity, in teamwork all team members are part of the project or task and not burdened on just one person.

Do you have experience being involved in team-based work? Feel free to share your online and offline teamwork experiences.

My husband has designing studio, I always give my suppot and used to work with him. We have about six people working in our work place, and when we take an order we seperate the work depends on worker skill and knowledge, for example if we need to design a flyer one will edit the photo, one will type the content, one will prepare the layout design, one will cpollect every thingand he will compose. We implemented this as a teamwork so that we get the job done easily and quickly.

When I worked as a Community Curator on Steemit we had 7 friends in our group and since there are seven days in a week, we curate by allocating each day. Perhaps if he is not able to work on a particular day, he will inform others of his inability through discord and then someone else will take responsibility and make the day successful.

Also, since we had to select a best post of the week, we all select it together, and if there are flaws in one post, we point it out to others. Likewise we selected a team leader for our team and followed his directions. For everyone's convenience, we preapred a spread sheet, post their assigned date, user's country, club status, CSI score, reputation etc. in a Google spreadsheet. We sent the curation report on the weekends what we didin that week to our team leader and then the team leader compiled all of them and consulted with everyone and released the final report.

What obstacles did you face in working as a team?

Time was a constraint for us as we were a team from several countries. We were unable to contact the other person in time. Especially when countries like Russia and Venezuela are sleeping at night, we are working during the day, and they are working during the night when we are sleeping, and it is impossible to communicate if we need to discuss something during those times.

Is it possible that a person can achieve more by engaging in teamwork than individually? explain.

No matter how powerful you are, alone you can achieve little, together you can achieve a lot. Some may be less talented and shy, and some may acrive and smart, teamwork is about mixing different personalities and allowing them to come together. As all team members work together, members can easily seek help from other members of the team whenever they have a doubt or problem. Team work is the best idea to solutions leads to increased productivity and quality.
