What does the phrase "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" mean to you? |

Team work is when more than one people doing some work together and they put their individual minds and advises on it and all agreed in one way so it's called team work sometimes when team work become successful 💪 so that is DreamWork for them . When you doing something by your own you stuck in somewhere and you have no help to guide you but when you doing something with your colleagues and friends you get different help and guidance which is very good for your work.

When I was doing job as a teacher most of the time we had to celebrate different kind of occasion and weekly theme and we had to prepared childrens and for that we need help and team work and we all done as a team and the output was amazing. I have lots of experi ence of team work because I did job 12 years and sometimes impossible for me to handle work load alone so my colleagues was helped me and we work as team. In steemit also lots of different people from different countries doing work and some are doing work in curation team so they are doing as a team that's why they succeed. as a mod of steem for pak community we also work as a team we all understand each other and try support .
What obstacles did you face in working as a team? |

Not everyone is good for you some people always try TU pull your legs and try to let you down and they try different tricks when we doing team work some people jealous inside of you or not much happy to work with you and they don't give their 100% or even 50% and just try to discourage you. I also faced such things whenever I did team work but not much I always got amazing team and they always appreciate and support me and I also support them but yes these kind of peoy we can see in every other team.
Is it possible that a person can achieve more by engaging in teamwork than individually? explain. |

First of all we have to be independent in any kind of work we can't depends on others we are enough for our self but sometimes it's a demand of our job or other activities to do work as a team so why not. But individually we can achieve any things just hard work. Work as a individual and as team we can achieve any thing we should at least give our best wether work as a individual or as a team.
