My friends of this noble community, I greet you all. It is indeed a wonderful moment for me again to join you all in this contest today. The topic today is on suicide. I will be sharing my entry with regards to the topic today. I will answer the questions below to help me participate fully.
✅ Do you think suicide is the last resort? Share your own opinion.
I don't think that suicie is the last resort. Many people have committed suicide for one reason or the other because they thought is the last resort but I completely disagree with that because as a person, you have other option.
I believe that since you are alive, you still have the opportunity to make a difference hence committing suicide means you have accepted defeat. So in my opinion people shouldn't think of suicide as an option.
✅ Are there any incidents that you have seen or heard of? What do you think the reason behind this incident ?
Yes, there is an incident I have heard of. A young lady who just started a relationship in her earlier stage committed suicide because she wasn't allowed to continue the relationship with her lover. I guess she never knew the consequence of her action when she was doing it but it happens.
On that faithful day, she was beaten by her parent and then to scare them she took some poison and before they will realize, she has given up the ghost. That is a terrible period for everyone even in the family.
✅ How do you motivate those broken people to come back from the suicidal path to make their lives better?
You can always tell them that there are better option than killing their selves. If you give them a reason to live, then they will be able to live more. If I see anyone in such situation, I will hurriedly tell the person about the things he ought to gain and not the things he has lost and in that way he will reason and then deviate from that path.
