We know that Teamwork is a group of individuals working together towards a common goal. As social beings, humans really need each other. Therefore, on this occasion, I will share my opinion about working as a team and that it is better than working alone.
What does the phrase "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" mean to you?
This phrase means that as a solid team, working together and helping each other will make one job easier and the goals to be achieved are also better, more effective and faster than working alone. I can say that in a job, we are often formed into a team because this is also very useful for work groups.
Every individual has a different way of thinking, ideas, and even different creativity, so when everyone is involved, the results are also better because suggestions and criticisms will certainly be received so that the goals that are considered far away become closer and more real. For example, one stick will be difficult and takes a long time to sweep the leaves in the yard, but if it is combined with several sticks, then time and also the leaves will be swept better.

I like to work as a team. In the real world since I was little this has been taught by my parents and it will always be my understanding that teamwork will be better. Yes, I always share tasks with my siblings in helping mothers at home, even at school, the teacher often gives assignments and we usually finish them together under the cupula tree and our work goes faster and if something goes wrong there will always be someone to give it the response.
Besides that, in running a community in steemit without dear friends and colleagues, maybe the community will not run well and goals cannot be achieved effectively. Like sometimes someone in the team is in difficult conditions and situations, then there are other teammates who will help including providing ideas, dedication and time as well so that the community does not stop and continues to provide benefits to others.
Besides that, until now, I still work as a team in household matters, starting shopping, taking care of children, cleaning the house and also cooking. Sometimes conditions and situations are not always good, therefore support like this is needed. In my opinion, working as a team is not only limited to office work, anything that can be done by forming a team, it will be better.
What obstacles did you face in working as a team?
Actually there are no obstacles, but because as a team it is agreed in a decision, the most difficult thing is to unite ideas especially if they are not in one place, one language and not face to face, even though now we can do it online together anyway, there will be a shortage when you can't get together and have direct deliberations.
In addition, communication is something that needs to be maintained so that any developments can be managed and responded to quickly so that "negative" thoughts do not spread quickly between colleagues. There will always be positive and negative sides, therefore,working as a team is not just solving problems, but uniting differences into one goal and one good thought.
Is it possible that a person can achieve more by engaging in teamwork than individually? explain.
Of course, this is as I said above, like the example of a stick with lots of sticks. For me, it's better to work as a team than to work alone. I can spill ideas and get lots of responses and also explanations from other teammates so I will learn a lot. In addition, working as a team will also be more solid and efficient, of course, all of this can be obtained with serious teamwork and those who are successful always have good partners and co-workers, both in their personal life and social life.
