What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

Well, I cook a lot of quick meals and I have a lot of interest in cooking, because obviously every human being has a lot of interest in eating food, but making it delicious must have an interest in someone like me. I make food very tasty and enjoy cooking and eating. I am very fond of most rice. Eat with passion and this pulao has positive effects on me.

I mostly prepare all kinds of pulao in my house but nothing can compare with vegetable pulao it turns out to be very delicious and the best feature is that it contains all the vegetables that humans can. Keeps healthy and fit. It is this pulao that creates a positive effect in my mood and gives me the strength to do more in the days to come.

What is the process for making it? (share the steps ).

The method of making it is very easy and all the ingredients used in it are usually available in every house, even if not available in the house, I will also tell you what makes this pulao delicious.

Method 🌼

The first thing you should do is to take out the pot in which you are going to fry the vegetables. And make sure that the pot is (nonstick) open enough to fry well. First, chop two onions and add as much oil as you use. I have added two cooking spoons of oil because the oil in the rice tastes better so we use more but some people don't use more so that's why I said add as much as you can. When you see that the onion has turned slightly brown, add one and a half spoons of garlic ginger paste.

Then after frying it well add all the spices inside it. Salt ,red chilli , chiken cube, biryani masla, black paper. And then fried it well. The spices were being cooked well so that the spices are mixed well.

When you see that the spices are mixed well, then add carrots and peas in it and continue to fry the vegetables well for ten to fifteen minutes so that the vegetables get a good color and they decompose well. Try to add a little water in it so that the vegetables do not stick together. I kept the chicken fried first in the fridge in the form of a tikka flavoured. Then add in it come very delicious taste in it.

Your vegetable masala is ready, take it off and keep it aside. Now the next thing to do is to take a big pot and add more water in it, in which you have to boil the rice. Because rice cooks very well in an open pot, it does not break the rice.

When you see that the rice has slightly decomposed and only enough remains to make it properly, then take it off and add vegetable spices to the rice and mix well. Keep the cooked rice on low heat for five to ten minutes so that the rice is properly cooked. Then open and see your delicious Vegetables Fried Rice Ready to serve 😍😍

What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

You have rightly said that if we don't have the ingredients in the house, then what will I do? I will do this. By the way, all the spices etc. must be present in my house. It doesn't happen that in my house. No spices, but yes, it is about vegetables that if there are no vegetables in my house and I want to eat them immediately, then I just add aloo (patato) and make a pulao because we have aloo (patato) in every house all the time. For this reason, I can prepare this kind of pulao by adding aloo (patato) immediately.

Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

Yes, I will definitely choose this food to improve the mood of others because this food and this pulao is something that no one can miss, especially all my family members love this pulao very much. And every day they ask for the same pulao in my house, my relitivess etc. All family members also appreciate my pulao and I want this pulao to be better for the mood of others and it becomes very delicious.
