There is a proverb in Bengali and that is "Ten people work together, win or lose, no shame" with which the wording of the question is somewhat similar. Basically, if you take advice from your people while doing any difficult work, it becomes easier to do it intelligently. Moreover, if we want to achieve our dreams through work, then we should do teamwork. Because any complex task requires the cooperation of many which makes those tasks much easier. So, before doing any good work, if you take the advice of the team, the success of that work comes with the cooperation of everyone, that is what has been mentioned in the question.
Yes, I have previous experience with team work. If we talk about offline team work then we have to say that when I studied in primary, secondary or college life we had to do teamwork to solve many issues where we used to form teams of 5 to 10 people. Any problem we in our team could solve most of the time successfully with everyone's input.
On the other hand if I talk about online teamwork then I will say my only source of online income is Steemit and I am a modator of "Steem For Bangladesh" community so I often have to work with our community team. Just as the entire Steemit platform is managed by the "Steemit Team", a part of the Steemit Platform is managed by the "Steem For Bangladesh" community and our team of 5 people. Our team consists of 2 admin (@ripon0630 & @mshrif) brothers & 3 moderators including me (@mostofajaman, @enamul17, Me/@ mdkamran99). While doing any good work for the betterment of the community, 5 of us always discuss and inform the community users about the various rules of the Steemit platform. For the development of "Steem For Bangladesh" Community and community users, my team organizes a monthly meeting on the discord server every month so that our community, community users and we all can do something better together with the steemit platform gives.
When working as a team I have been hampered in completing a task by preferring my own opinion. Although I am not hindered by the words of others, I am hindered by my own feelings. Because team work is based on the opinion of everyone in the team, whereas there may be no work based on individual opinion. In this case, even if you try to do some work yourself, it is not done for the team. The thinking of everyone in the team is not the same, in this case, sometimes it is seen that even if I express my opinion, it is not working based on that opinion because everyone else's opinion is different from mine, which is an obstacle for me.
I think people can achieve more by working as a team than by working individually. Because doing any work requires right decision so if I work individually I may make mistakes in the work alone which creates obstacles to achieve my goal. On the other hand, if I work in a team, then the decision that is made by getting important opinions of many for a task is very effective. Because there are people in the team who have very strong ideas and through teamwork I can learn a lot from them which is useful for me. Moreover, if you decide to make a complex task alone, you have to panic or reach extremes of opinion where there is no chance to return if you make a mistake. So I think teamwork is the best way to gain knowledge and achieve good things.
Teamwork Dalhan instills courage in every individual and can bring success in any task very easily. Even if there is failure in group work, there is no problem because even with the collective efforts of all, the work could not be completed here. So team work is best for increasing courage, strength and self-knowledge.
