The Diary Game[ August 23th, 2023 ] || Industrial Tour (Mithela Group of Industry) || 100% Power-UP

Today was a very special day. Because today a mill visit has been organized from our campus. And that's why today is very special for me. Because through this milk visit I will be able to travel and gain a lot of education. And that's why I woke up in the morning, freshened up, had a light breakfast and got ready for the campus because the bus will leave the campus at 9 am, for Mithila Industrial Group. It was originally a textile factory here then who dyed and printing.

I went to the campus and saw that the car was ready, just waiting for our students, after all the students gathered, the car would leave, the purpose of Mithila group. And at ten minutes past nine all appeared and got into the car, four other gentlemen with us. And at 9:15 our car left the campus for Mithila group. And in the middle of the way my friend Ashiq took a selfie in the bus with everyone.

Our campus is Narsingdi and the distance from our campus to Mithila of Industry is only about 45 KM. That is, Mithila industry is located in Narayanganj district. It took us only an hour to go, within an hour we reached Mithila Group of Industry. And I was very happy to see the logo and the gate of Mitla Enjoyment Industry and I took a picture of the logo.After getting down from the bus we all gathered together, sirs cut the Mithila group main and took permission to enter by showing the permission letter.

Then the security guard of the main gate of Mithila Group of Industries checked all of us and entered our names after looking at the ID cards and started to let us in. Entering inside, I was quite surprised to see the atmosphere inside. I have visited many factories before but this factory is completely different from other factories. Because I have never seen such a clean factory before and the factory is full of greenery i.e. plants and flowers are beautiful. This Mithila of industry is decorated with various flowers and plants. Completely natural environment inside. What impressed me was that every worker would feel very comfortable working in such a place.

After entering we were all welcomed and seated in their conference room. And we all sat in their conference room in an orderly fashion. And waited for the manager. Because he would come and take our opinion and give his opinion and allow us to tour the entire factory and also have three guides to show us around and show us around.

We sat in the conference room for about ten minutes and next to the conference room was the washroom where we cleaned ourselves. Then the Manager and Director of Mithila Group and some others appeared among us. One by one the successful ones took our introductions and presented their introductions to us. And gave us a complete brief about their company. He then called the three guides, and asked them to introduce themselves to us.

The three Dinaras introduced themselves to us and they were the heads of three departments, one was the head of the planning department, the second was the head of the finishing department, and the third person was the head of the dyeing and printing department. After giving their brief introduction we were divided into three groups i.e. they took us on a tour of the entire factory. And they tried their best to explain us about the whole process and the working of the machine. We also took some note of what they said to be helpful for us later.

The picture you see above is basically their working place. Here all their procedures are done and it is arranged according to complete sequence. That is, which process after which process is kept in line and the workers here are always working carefully and there is an extra person in each place who always supervises whether the work is being done correctly. Technicians are also on hand to quickly resolve any errors and resume production.

Mithila Group of Industry buys only gray cloth. Then through their expertise complete all the process time and printing according to buyer's report requirement. And this group has made a good name and a good name in the world with great reputation. The picture you see in the picture is a printing process done by this machine. The production of this machine is very high, so it can do a lot of production in a quick time and is very profitable. With the help of this machine, production time is also reduced.A special feature of this Mithila Group of Industries is that 50% water recycling is done here. This reduces water wastage a lot.

We left Mithila Group of Industry around 3 pm after completing the mill visit. And took pictures with our friends Mahal one by one which will remain as memories. As it was 3 PM by the time we finished our meal veg, we were very hungry. We had previously brought food in the car, a packet of chicken pole for everyone.
