Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah you are all well. Thank you very much to Almighty God Almighty for keeping me healthy and loving me. Alhamdulillah, I thank the great Rabbul Alamin who has managed my day very well today. However, today I had a very good day, I woke up in the morning and I had a lot of plans that I will spend the whole day very nicely. I woke up in the morning and went to tutoring at six o'clock. It was originally in Pachdona. So Panchdona, I have two tuitions in the class, one is for the eighth class and one is for the tenth class. Eighth class is student.
My Hobby
So the boy who has Islam in his house before the eighth grade, basically I eat and drink daily and have breakfast, that is, if I go to teach, I will be seen and given something to eat.

However, I went to their house in the morning and found that her mother had gone to the village house and she was left alone with her father because her grandmother was too ill to visit her in the village house. When I finished teaching them, I brought some bazaar that I will eat Birani for marriage today. I really want to cook Birani for a long time. I went there to buy chicken, rice, biryani masala, cucumber, whatever else I needed and came back to the room around 1.30. Or I got a surf excel from the store and cleaned my used comb with an old brush which was very dirty but due to the stress of the exam I didn't have time to clean it so I cleaned it today. I walked with my feet, those shoes were very dirty again, I cleaned them thoroughly and then took a bath.

After coming to the room and taking a bath, I saw that Messe was cooking brinjal with hilsa fish eggs. I ate roughly lunch with that hilsa fish egg. Then around 2.30 I fell asleep for about 3.30 minutes after waking up fresh I am preparing to cook Biryani. In the initial state, the chicken was cut and pitched. I made one size, you can take the sizes bigger if you want. Or you can take it short, let me take the meat pieces as per my needs and wash them well two or three times or I keep the meats in sour curd for about 30 to 40 minutes. After that, I kept the rice wet for 10-15 minutes, then I picked up the rice and put it in a colander so that the water can spread easily from the rice.
After about 40 to 45 minutes I went to cook again so first I heated the rice cooker well with oil, after taking it I lightly fried the meats with oil and what else. The meat will turn light red when it is thoroughly fried. Then I picked up the meat and kept it in a separate place. And lightly fried the rice with a little oil so that the biryani is smooth so that it doesn't stick in any way.

Then the meat, which I was soaking in the sour curd, put the curd part in the rice cooker, after that I put a little water in it, after that I put some water in it, then I put some sugar in it, and after adding sugar, I put salt, pepper, dry pepper, And I gave it with green chillies and made it light, then I added spices, red chillies, long, half batter, then I added garlic batter, then I added onion batter and then I added the biryani masala and started stirring it roughly. After that I gave a little oil after shaking lightly and then I gave a ten rupee packet of milk. They became a rough recipe. I poured the meat there and cooked it roughly.

When the meat was almost cooked, then I gave the fried rice there. Care should be taken while frying the rice so that the rice is not over fried. Again, it cannot be kept so that it is not fried at all. It has to be brought to a standard level or there, I lightly watered the rice and watered it after measuring the rice. I kept the hot water in advance, added that hot water and then stirred it lightly and covered it with the lid of the rice cooker. I kept it on automatic for about 30 to 35 minutes. Then after some time I lightly boiled it and after stirring again I covered it again after cooking two or three times like this for about 40-45 minutes.

I covered it again for a while so that the rice was cooked due to the steam, in the meantime my student came and then I gave the student a rough study. After teaching him that there is a chemistry test tomorrow, we both started eating that thing. We ate as much as we needed. After that I sent it to the aunty of the house next door to scientist Ronak Jahan at her house. Anyway, this is how my day passed.
