It is a pleasure to share once again with all of you in this third week of the great challenges of this Steemit platform, and certainly teamwork brings good results and for that we have had different types of experience in terms of teamwork, from a family team, to a university team or a game like soccer for example, it is interesting to know these perspectives, here I tell you my experiences. 👇🏻

What does the phrase "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" mean to you?

Siempre el trabajo en equipo será una de las mejores opciones de la vida para lograr ciertas metas, es vital con los compañeros y amigos que se sienten motivados a trabajar por un fin en común o una meta personal pero con apoyo, no somos islas y el trabajo en equipo bien coordinado tiene sus ventajas. Realmente, el trabajo en equipo es una estrategia de crecimiento, desarrollo y unión.
Teamwork will always be one of the best options in life to achieve certain goals, it is vital with colleagues and friends who are motivated to work for a common purpose or a personal goal but with support, we are not islands and well-coordinated teamwork has its advantages. Truly, teamwork is a strategy for growth, development and union.

Ahora en donde me desempeño y en la universidad también nos organizamos por equipo para lograr ciertas metas por ejemplo: hace poco defendí el servicio comunitario algo que se organizó desde el mes de marzo y ya fue ejecutado y defendido en este mes; no es fácil cuando hay muchas ideas, tampoco es fácil lidiar con las personas porque no todos se adaptan al cambio; pero es algo que se puede ir canalizando a través de una buena comunicación y para lograr el propósito deseado.
From a very young age we have been taught to work as a team, at home we are many people and mom organized so that we could do all our activities; then at school also to do the work and defense groups for some project....
Now where I work and at the university we also organize ourselves as a team to achieve certain goals, for example: recently I defended the community service, something that was organized since March and was executed and defended this month; it is not easy when there are many ideas, it is not easy to deal with people because not everyone adapts to change; but it is something that can be channeled through good communication and to achieve the desired purpose.
What obstacles did you face in working as a team?

One of the most common obstacles I have encountered when working in a team is that we do not all think alike; you have to know how to listen and above all you have to have a fluid communication. We all have the right to give our opinion and express our ideas, then through an election or a vote, a consensus can be reached where a decision can be made that benefits both the team that is doing the project and all those who are part of it.

Definitivamente no, siempre vamos a requerir de una mano amiga o de alguien que nos brinde un apoyo, soy ejemplo de ello: he tratado sola con mis dos hijos de mejorar mi casa y cada vez es mucho más cuesta arriba, es decir, la situación de nuestro país no me ayuda, me desgasto mucho trabajando en muchas cosas y simplemente me alcanza para comer, creo que si tuviese el apoyo de otras personas o un empleo donde realmente se trabaje en equipo y haya beneficios para todos, se puede ir viendo el cambio.
Una persona sola si es determinada, concentrada y decidida puede lograr muchas cosas; pero como lo dije anteriormente, no estamos solos en este mundo y siempre necesitamos ese apoyo tanto físico, financiero-económico, moral... para poder lograr una meta u objetivo.
Definitely not, we will always need a helping hand or someone to give us support, I am an example of this: I have tried alone with my two children to improve my house and each time it is much more uphill, that is, the situation of our country does not help me, I wear myself out working on many things and I just have enough to eat, I think that if I had the support of other people or a job where we really work as a team and there are benefits for everyone, we can see the change.
A person alone if he/she is determined, concentrated and determined can achieve many things; but as I said before, we are not alone in this world and we always need that physical, financial, economic and moral support... to be able to achieve a goal or objective.
