This morning I got up a little earlier then stood on the balcony with a brush in my hand and brushed my teeth for a while and then I had time to boil an egg but I can't eat boiled eggs but boiled eggs have a lot of nutrients and vitamins so the morning boiled egg It is very useful for people then after boiling the egg I did not eat any breakfast without any preparation to go to office just after eating one egg and then like every day also today morning my journey started by exchanging greetings with madrasa students then I went to office Come to the office, I start my activities, go to the people, then explain the work to them, show them and that's how my morning passes.

Today, the sun is shining in the afternoon, so it is hot, then I came home from the office to eat in the midst of this heat, then I came home, took a shower, freshened up and ate lunch, then after eating in the afternoon, I could not rest in bed today because the current in the house is very hot. No, that's why I didn't spend much time at home. After that, I left the house and met my younger brother. After that, we are not ready to go to the office together. Even though there is no electricity at home today, my body is sweating in the heat from home. Then I went to a shop with my younger brother. I went to the shop and bought two speed drinks for myself and my younger brother. After that, I did not eat while leaving. Then I came to the office and I started my work. But in this heat, cold water is very hot to eat some food. decreases

Today evening me and my two friends three together left office to have tea then we went to a tea shop to have tea but before tea we didn't eat jhal chola three together then we went to tea shop while having tea my friends buy cigarettes But it is very hot so I am asked to have tea only then it is probably not good for me to have tea during hot weather so I know I ate a sabri banana anyway it was very good I had banana after a long time but in the dust all day and at the last moment of the day to get rid of tiredness if Eating bananas makes the body feel great and all the dust stuck in the throat gets deactivated anyway after that I come back to office.

Today night when I came home after work leave, I bought data greens from the raw market shop and went home, then when I came near home, I found that there is no electricity, the sky is also dark, it seems cloudy, because in this season, the sky is almost dark at night, because of the clouds, I went home. I came home and found that my roommate had cooked but there was no electricity so he was sleeping then I turned on my charger fan and lay in the middle of the bed oh how my whole day goes today I hope everyone will be fine and healthy and may Allah bless me Hafez
