Three days ago I made an announcement to organize a meeting in the community here is the link. Yesterday Monday night 9 PM we all attended that meeting. It was a wonderful time for us. About 18 of us users gathered in an online meeting where we discussed some important things from the admin panel and took some suggestions from the users to move the STEEMIT forward.
That's why I thank everyone who attended the online meeting. Also, to those who could not attend, you must read this post carefully, then you will know everything that happened in our last night onine meeting.
A total of 18 users attended our Steemgrowth online meeting in Bangladesh.

We will discuss important issues regarding the quality of users' posts and comments.
Engagement Challenge Season 8 is coming up. We'll try to give them some guidance on that.
Give some guidance to users to hold any one of the clubs (5050, 75, 100).
We will talk about the increased steem power.
We will talk about Voting mana, Voting CSI
We will discuss some key points to increase engagement in the community.

Like every time this time also we were able to successfully organize the online meeting in the presence of all our admins and moderators. After that, I started the rest of the work by welcoming all the new people who joined our online meeting and explaining the purpose of our online meeting.
First of all I thanked everyone because Bangladeshi users are doing much better on the platform now than before. They are showing a lot of activity and everyone's post quality and engagement have increased a lot. Then I asked everyone to be active in the community. Requested everyone to work with the platform and follow all the rules. Then I gave some information about the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season8 Week1 and asked everyone to participate there spontaneously. I also tried to encourage every users to stay connected to #burnsteem25 and do Steem Power Ups. Besides, I have discussed other issues with everyone. Then gave some guidelines to everyone to save their account and discussed all the things to use passwords correctly. Tried to convince everyone that even if steemit account gets hacked, they should always deposit their coins in Power up or Savings so that they can't move them.
Then one of our community admins @ripon0630 gave everyone some orientation and talked about Voting CSI and Voting Mana. He then asked everyone to be active in the community. Gave some guidelines to everyone especially those who are new users. Asked everyone to work on maintaining the quality of their posts and gave some guidelines in that regard.
Then our moderators @solaymann and @mostofajaman gave some guidance one by one. And asked the users to act properly and tried to give guidelines on post quality and other things. They also encourage all users to refrain from copy-paste and plagiarism. Also asked to stay away from spam comments.
I tried to review everything nicely again. Then after sharing everything with everyone we moved to question-answer phase.
Answer & Question part: Then the users asked us various questions. Different users asked different types of questions. Many people have asked for clear idea about Voting CSI and Voting Mana, we have tried to answer them. We explained to them that voting CSI is increased by voting for other users, and we encouraged them to keep it at least 5 at all times.
Many people wanted to know about the club, we answered everything very nicely. And we have explained to them that if they want to come to club5050 they have to power up half of their income for one month, if they want to come to club75 they have to power up 75 percent for two months and if they want to come to club100 they have to power up their entire income for 3 months.
Finally, I would like to say to all Bangladeshi users that you must try to attend the next Steemgrowth online meeting . We will discuss important issues. I would like to thank everyone and end up here like today.
