The favourite food of the hill tribes is bamboo. At the beginning of the rainy season, when the soil is soft, different types of bamboo start to grow. Radish bamboo sticks are the most delicious. After the bamboo sprouts, the seedlings are covered with a hardcover. The soft part that is found over time is the bamboo core. Some days ago, my husband went to Bandarban. While coming from Bandarban, my husband brought bamboo kordal. But I can't cook it, so I learn by watching YouTube videos and cooking it. Today, I will share with you the recipe for my cooked bamboo rope.

🍜Ingredients:🍜

Shrimp fish, bamboo shoots, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, finely chopped salt, raw and seasoned chillies, and soybean oil

First, cut the bamboo stalks along with the onions and shrimp.

Then, boil the bamboo stalks with turmeric and salt.

Then, drain the water from the stalks.

Next, warm up some oil in a pan, add some chopped onion and salt, and cook for a little time.

When the onion comes to a boil, add all the batter and powdered masala and grind it well for a long time.

Now fry the prawns with the fish for 3–4 minutes. After 3–4 minutes, add the bamboo sticks.

Now add the green chillies and cover them on medium heat for a while.

Then, serve with chopped coriander leaves.

At first, I thought about how to eat it, but after cooking, it was so much fun that my husband told me to bring it again.
