Motherhood is the most exciting feeling in a woman's life. These nine months of childbearing bring great changes to women's lives. These changes are physical and mental. As a husband, first of all, he has to create the mentality of adapting to this change in your wife.
What to do as a husband: He should realize that his wife is a wonderful gift of life. During this period, women's physical changes, such as gradual weight gain, In this case, the wife may suffer from inferiority due to her physical beauty. He should be praised at this time. Care must be taken about food. At this time, women's bodies need extra calories and nutrition. Keep fish, meat, vegetables, milk, bananas, eggs, fruits, etc. on the food list.
