You can eat bitter gourd in many ways. But playing this way makes the mouth water. I had this recipe for the first time with a friend of mine. Then I cook this recipe in my house, and everyone likes it very much. Today, I will share the recipe for cooking with bitter gourd, hilsa, and potatoes.
Hilsa fish, potato, bitter gourd, onion, oil, and garlic batter

First, the hilsa fish should be cut and washed well. Then, the bitter melon and potato should be cut according to size, and the onion should be cut according to the size.
Then everything should be washed well.
Then, rub the bitter gourds with pepper, turmeric, and salt.
Then, the bitter gourds smeared with yellow pepper should be fried in oil.
When the bitter bitter gourds are fried, they should be kept in a clean container. After that, a clean oven should be given, and then the amount of oil, pepper, garlic paste, salt, and onion should be grated.
Then, to grind the masala well, add hilsa fish to it and grind it well.
When the hilsa fish is well grated, it should be kept in a bowl and added to the masala, placed in the oven with potatoes and grated.
When the potatoes are cooked, then add the fried bitter gourds to it and saute for a while.
If the potatoes and bitter bitter gourds are grated well, water should be added to the quantity.
Then, when the curries with water are cooked for a while, the grated hilsa fish should be added and cooked for a time.
Then, finally, cut some coriander leaves on top.
Then, after cooking, serve the curry.
