SEC-S6W2: I am a Teacher | My Student is My Friend

{ Whose teacher are you? Do you teach for a living? }

Teachers are guides who always provide the best for the next generation. Teachers are figures of a country's civilization. The more qualified a teacher is, the better a country will be in the future. The teacher is a role model. I appreciate the services of my teacher who is never tired of giving me enlightenment.

I was once a religion teacher at a religious school where I studied. It is one of my services to the school that taught me first. I teach sincerely and do not charge anything from them. I also teach privately in the evenings after graduation. It is a special class, I only accept five people each year.

{ What challenges have you faced as a teacher? }

Teaching puts me under a mental burden. And it happened when my students did not properly accept my explanation. However, I always try to give my best to my students. After reading several articles and books about the character of students, my soul becomes calmer. It is because the teacher does not only transfer knowledge but also good values as a guide in living life.

{ How do you create a learning environment that is both stimulating and supportive? }

Being a teacher is a noble task. I always create a comfortable and peaceful learning atmosphere. I make my student's discussion friends. Thus, they are more flexible in asking questions. Besides teaching, I also often become a place of their complaints. And it is my pleasure to become an impromptu psychologist for them.

{ What professional development opportunities have you pursued to improve your teaching practice? }

To become a good teacher, I often upgrade myself by reading various reading books related to students and how to teach them.

{ At present, higher education is very expensive. What is your opinion on this, or is there any alternative to it? }

Higher education is not a capital for success in the future. In my opinion, what is needed is to have the ability in a field. High education does not determine one's success, but having skills in a field will make us an expert in a particular field.

In the current era of globalization, opportunities to become successful in the future are wider. The most important thing is will. If we want, there are lots of opportunities to generate dollar coffers from the internet. We just need to find out more and be consistent about what we are currently pursuing.
