- How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. In fact, who does not like to eat chess!! Everyone likes to eat new recipes. I have made a post here before. I have appeared with one more post today. Today's post is a recipe post, one of my favorite recipes is Beef Kala Buna. I find it wonderful to eat hot rice mixed with beef. No one gives a potato with the flavor of the beef kala bhauna. But I'm a very light-loving person, so I couldn't cook without potatoes.
So friends, if I make any mistakes, hopefully everyone will look at me with forgiveness and try to explain me

- First I will roast beef along with onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder, one spoon of cooking beef masala, mustard oil.
- Mix all the ingredients well and marinate with a lid for half an hour.
- Then I put it in the oven on medium heat and cook for about half an hour.
- After half an hour I will give three cups of water. And I will reduce the stove and keep it covered.
- After that, I will give the backs of the potatoes. Shake it well and keep it covered. And every now and then lift the lid and shake it so that it does not stick down.
- Meanwhile I will saute garlic and dry chillies in oil to add texture to the meat.
- After that I will fry the garlic and dry chillies along with some whole chilies.
- Then add a spoonful of milk powder. Cover well and leave for 5 minutes.
- After five minutes of boiling broth, I'll take it off the stove.
