How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. Today I have come to you with a very tempting little recipe, the name of which will make everyone's mouth water. It is Tok Jhal Sweet Plum Pickle.
I like pickles very much. But I like this pickle mixed with sweet and sour. A few days ago my father brought a kilo of sour plums. They were a bit too sour for me and I couldn't eat them at all, that's when I thought of making plum pickle. Without delaying that idea, I went to make pickles and thought I would share it with you. Those who can't will learn.
The pickle is very tasty to eat after making it. Everyone in my family loved this pickle. I liked it very much myself. Even I took it for my friends and they also appreciated my recipe. Well one was just as good to eat as it looked tempting.
Friends, any one of you can easily make this at home. It can be made with few ingredients, in little time. And very tasty to eat.
It is better to eat at home than to buy from outside. It is healthy.

- plum

- Salt
- Dry chillies
- Chilli powder
- Garlic
- Mustard oil
- First, I will add a quantity of water in a pot. Then I will take the plums in a basket and put the basket on the pan and cover it. To steam lightly.
- I will steam the plums for five minutes. After five minutes I will remove it from the oven.
- Then I put a frypan on the stove and add a generous amount of mustard oil.
- When the mustard oil is slightly hot, I will add a few dry chilies, I will break the dry chilies in half, and add a spoonful of garlic paste.
- After frying the garlic and chillies for a while, I will serve the steamed plums
- Then I fry the plums in oil for a while.
After frying the plums for a while, I add two teaspoons of chili powder and 1 teaspoon of salt. After that I will stir fry again for a while
- Shake for three to four minutes and add sugar as per your preference. Who likes sweets.
- Then I shake them well again for five minutes. Care should be taken that they do not stick down. Because raw plums are sticky, there is a possibility of sticking down. If it sticks down, if it burns, it may feel bitter. So you have to keep stirring.
- After that I will add four spoons of panchphodan powder and some chili flakes. I will shake it up a bit with the spices.
- I will take it off the stove with a couple of stirs with the spices.
