I cook this meal and eat it to make myself feel better if I'm bored or unhappy. The cuisine is outstanding and nutritious so that you can safely consume it. A unique addition to Bengali cooking recipes is the Faluda recipe. Faluda is delicious; who does not like it? It is one of the sweetest foods. As a fruit recipe, juice recipe, iftar recipe, Bengali recipe, quick food recipe, snack recipe, or dessert recipe, Faluda is highly preferred. Ingredients:


SUGANDHA, sugar syrup, five spoons of GURU MILK, peanuts, one cup of boiling noodles, vanilla ice cream, apple slices, ice cubes, and two scoops Roha Abja.

Preparation Process:


First, mix five spoons of Guru milk in half a liter of water. On the burner, heat it. Pour a glass with half a liter of water.If the milk is too thick or thin, it should be boiled as before. Then it should be allowed to cool. When you notice that the sagudana has transformed into a water ball, heat 1 cup of sagudana in 1/2 liter water. Then the sago must be thrown away. Remember to stir the sagudana frequently as it boils. Duration 6-7 minutes. To make sugar syrup, mix 1 cup of sugar with some water. Then the noodles should be cooked. Now cut an apple into small pieces. Some pistachios must be crushed after cleaning them thoroughly and removing the top shell. Pour the milk directly into the serving glass, then add the boiled noodles, sagodana, two spoons of roha Abuja, apple slices, pistachio nut slices, and mango ice cream. Served chilled.

Cooking does not end when you want to eat. I start preparing food with whatever is available. I have often cooked with milk noodles and bananas without adding additional ingredients, and it was pretty enjoyable to eat.

When you begin to cook, everything takes on a new meaning. Simple words are not nourishment for my stomach but rather for my heart. So I use anything I want to cook with. If it's edible, it can be prepared with oil if ghee is not readily available.
