Today I am here with one of my favourite food recipes. Today I will be sharing Chicken Roll Recipe. The kids of our house and all the member love this curry very much. So without late I am going to start sharing my recipe and I hope you will like this. Let's starts,

Cooking Process
Step- I
First, Then I peeled the vegetables. Here I took three pointed gourds, five beans, one carrot, and a small amount of cauliflower. Chop the vegetables into small pieces. The vegetables of the roll should be cut into small pieces. You can use potato, raw papaya if you want.
Step- II
Now take chicken chest or boneless piece and cut it into small pieces. After cutting the chicken, clean the chicken pieces with water. We should clean the ingredients before cooking. It is mandatory for healthy food. Here I used 1/2 cup of chicken. Of you want you can add more chicken for better taste. It depends on your taste.
Step- III
Then I heated oil in a pan. Fry the chopped vegetables in hot oil on low flame. After lightly frying, I put them in another bowl. You can use a small amount of salt in this step.
Step- IV
Then take the spices in a container and make a liquid mixture with water. Here I have made a liquid mixture of chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and water.
Step- V
Then heat the oil in the pan where the vegetables are fried and fry the chopped onions in it, after the onions turn a light brown color, pour the liquid spice mixture. After 2-3 minutes I poured the chicken there. After pouring the chickens, mix well with the help of a spoon.
Step- VI
Now, after four to five minutes I pour the fried vegetables. Here I have used little amount of water. Then I covered it with a lid. This step takes 8-10 minutes to complete.
Step-VII
In this step, take one cup of flour. Add an egg to the flour. I have made a flour mixture with little salt. First I mixed the egg and flour with a spoon and then added little water to make a thin mixture. Adding too much water in the beginning will not prepare the mixture well.
Step- VIII
Now take a small amount of oil in a cup. Then heat a frypan and brush oil on it. Do not use too much oil in the frypan. Then I poured the thin mixture of flour and egg into the hot frypan and covered it. Cover it for 2-3 minutes and it will be ready.
Step- IX
Then take it on a plate and fold it all around with chicken and vegetable curry. It has to be folded while hot or it won't fold.
Step- X
Take an egg and beat it well. When the egg is beaten, water is added to it. I will dip the rolls in this egg and water batter and fry in oil, so I have liquidized it using water.
Step- Final Step
Then heat some oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, dip the roll in the egg mixture and put it in the oil. You can give many rolls one by one here. Here you can see you have fried 5 rolls at once. When the rolls turn brown, You food is ready to serve.
