Hello everyone!
Today I am here with my first Engagement challenge season-10 week-6 publication. I'm participating in this week's engagement challenge with my native community #steem For Bangladesh . I really like the content of this week. Almost all of us eat meat. Similarly, many people prepare different meat recipes in different ways. Making Process
Step- I
First I clean the two pigeons thoroughly for cooking but keep the skin of the two pigeons with the meat. Many people throw away the skin of the pigeon, but the meat of the pigeon with the skin is very tasty, so I keep the skin of both pigeons. Then I cut the pigeons into small pieces. As you can see in the picture below I cut the pigeons into small pieces.
Step- II
Boil some small size potatoes in this step. After the potatoes are cooked well, peel them. Since the potatoes are small, it will take more time to peel them.
Step- III
Now place the frypan in an oven. After the frypan is hot, I pour oil in it. Here I have poured half a cup of oil. After it is hot, I put my chopped onions in there and pour one cup of chopped onions and keep stirring.
When the onions turn light brown in color, I pour water there. Here I have used two cups of water. After adding water, I started adding the masala pastes there. Then I add onion paste, ginger paste and cumin paste. I have used all the pastes one cube.
In this step I used powdered masala. I add two tablespoons of chili powder, one tablespoon of turmeric powder, one tablespoon of coriander powder here. Mixed all the ingredients and let it cook for a while.
In this step I add the pigeon meat little by little to the pan. Then stir it and leave it to cook. Then cover the pan with a lid and leave it for 10-12 minutes.
Now I add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf and cloves to the pigeon meat as mentioned above. At this stage I add some garlic.
Now I pour the previously peeled boiled potatoes. Stir the potatoes well. After two to three minutes I add water again. After adding water, cover the pan again with a lid. After another 10 to 12 minutes, when the water is very dry, turn off the stove.
Now I transfer the whole curry in a bowl and take it to the dining table for eating. After pouring the curry into the serving bowl, it looked even better. This is how I finish cooking the pigeon meat in a fun traditional way.
