Today my breakfast was fried rice. It is actually a traditional fried rice which is fried rice made from overnight left over rice fried in oil with eggs and some other spices in the morning. This food was my favorite when I was a kid. But now I don't eat this food anymore. Drink a cup of tea after breakfast.

My nephew came with me to our village house for winter vacation. Today is the end of his holiday so he will take the night bus back to his workplace. I pack his bag. He shows us a mouse. The mouse is different and the light turns on when powered on. My nephew bought the mouse from an online platform called Daraz. When I asked about the price of the mouse, he said he didn't remember exactly. My cousin was at our house, he likes the mouse too. So my nephew gives the mouse to my cousin. My cousin was very happy when he got the mouse.
Then I collect the gourds from the gourd t plant planted in our yard. I cut it from the gourd plant myself. I was quite happy about that. My mother planted this plant three months ago. So far there are about 10 gourds on this plant. People living in villages can always eat fresh vegetables.
Winter is the season of brinjal cultivation and my village is famous in Bangladesh for brinjal cultivation. The picture you can see is a picture of brinjal flower. We are all familiar with brinjal but very few have seen brinjal flower. brinjal flower is my favorite because the color combination of this flower is very good. There is a yellow part inside this flower.

Then I went to a neighbor's house. As my nephew is leaving today, some pithas will be made for him. My neighbor was making the pithas. I went to their house in the afternoon and collected the pithas from them. These are banana cakes. These cakes are very delicious to eat. Although it takes a lot of time to make but it is very delicious to eat. I think we all are familiar with banana cake and have eaten this cake many times in our life.
In the afternoon, we went to the river near our house. In the late afternoon, the river was looking incredibly beautiful. The almost setting sun and the water of the river cannot be understood without actually seeing those two beauties. In no time the entire sky turns crimson. I took some pictures to share with you.
At night, I login to my steemit account and announce a contest today. This is one of my very favorite contest serial which is in its seventh week.
