Hello amazing steemians how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are enjoying your day, today I will be taking part in an amazing contest organize by @shiftitamanna with the theme "How Important is Friendship in Human lives?"
HOW IMPORTANT IS FRIENDSHIP IN YOUR LIFE?
The word friendship is very important in a person's life because a man doesn't have to be an island 🏝️, being a loner sometimes is peaceful but at the same time boring and that's were friendship becomes very important
Friendship can be very important in a way that it helps fight loneliness and also help in celebrating good times as well as providing support and a helping hand in times of need
WHY DO WE NEED FRIENDS IN OUR LIFE?
There are so many reasons why we need friends in our lives some of which and necessary well some are not necessary but either of them it does not matter because a man doesn't have to be an island.
We need friends in our lives because at some point we we will be in need of someone to talk to, to share our problems with to also confide in when we are in distress at the same time we also need friends in our life so as to provide us with both financial and emotional support one way or the other
WHAT QUALITIES SHOULD A TRUE FRIEND HAVE?
Some of the qualities a true friend should have are;
- Truthfulness
- Honesty
- Sense of Humour
TRUTHFULNESS
As one of the most important qualities of a true friend it is very necessary for a friend to be truthful to his/her friend so as to be build trust amongst them and promote togetherness
HONESTY
Honesty being the act of being straightforward and morally upright, it is very important for a true friend to remain honest with his or her friend
SENSE OF HUMOUR
Sometimes it is more preferable for a true friend to have a little if not too much but a little sense of humour because it is important in a friendship relationship as it's brings amusement and fun.
When talking of the different qualities of a true friend they are so many ranging from loyalty, respect etc because a good friend they say is better than a bad brother

WHO ARE THE TRUE FRIENDS IN YOUR LIFE AND WHY? TELL US ABOUT IT.
I said from my brothers add to not really have much friends but there is one out of the many and his name is Prince he is my only true friend that was always there for me when I needed him the most.
And why he is my true friend is that him and I had a lot in common in fact we were like brothers back then when I was in college we spend a lot of time together he laughs when I laughs and he's always very funny.
And also the one thing that I really like about him is that he was willing to take risk for me I could remember when I was in distress and desperately in need of help he was the only one who offered help to me for free without expecting anything in return.
Though life has separated us but we are always communicating thank God for social media we have been chatting with each other on Facebook but I hope to see him face to face again because it has been awhile.
