"Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" we mean doing something in a group or group of people. If we do something alone it is not a team. But when we make a team with family, friends or some people in doing something. , and what everyone does together is called teamwork.
It can be seen that when one wants to do something alone it is not possible or it is very difficult for one. Then if someone comes and helps, then someone comes and gives some advice then that work becomes easy.
It is never possible to do a big job alone, but when a team is formed and everyone works together, it can be successful. Where one person has 1 intelligence, 10 people have 10 intelligence.

Once there was a problem in the office where I work. There we had a common product. Then the boss first assigned one of our colleagues to match him. But he could not give his colleague his solution. Two or three more people were given the responsibility in succession, but all were unsuccessful. Then I was given the task, I also tried that day but failed. Later, all our colleagues formed a team and all of us sat together and were able to calculate the calculation properly within two days.
On that day, I realized very well that many times what cannot be done alone, it becomes possible, easy, and beneficial if you sit together and think.
When I first started working on Steemit online, we were 3-4 friends who all started working independently. After working for a few months, I saw that we all could not work properly. Because someone knows something, someone doesn't know something, no one understands. But later one day we all plan together and join a group and discuss and analyze this matter. Soon we got to know, learn a lot about the work of Steemit and now we are ahead.
What obstacles have you faced in working as a team?
I once encountered an obstacle in working as a team. That is where I used to live and we started a business with some of my acquaintances and some friends. We all invested as much as we could. And those who gave less were supposed to give more later. At first, our business was going quite well. But after a few days, two people disappeared from us with all the money. We have not received any news of their disappearance till today. We suffered a lot that day. Back then it seemed that teamwork was cheating. Some people find it difficult to work in a team at times.
Is it possible that an individual can achieve more by engaging in group work than by working individually? explain
Sometimes a person can achieve more by working individually. Then behind his complete success is only his effort, his credit. Then all his honor means they belong to him.
But every time that one person works again, it is seen that he is no longer successful in the work. Then if he loses, it is entirely his responsibility.
But in most cases, they can achieve much more if they work in a team rather than working alone. Because everyone can give different wisdom, help, give advice, everyone is more likely to succeed if they work together. There is a saying - Do not be ashamed to lose work together.
