Food is like oil for us. Just as a car cannot run without oil, people cannot survive without food. Food gives us energy. The power with which we can work Hello friends, I hope you are all well. Through today's food diary game, I will share with you my meals.

We all native people know In the winter season in our country, different types of pitha are made in everyone's house. Especially those pithas are made from flour, flour, semolina, and rice. My mother can make different types of pithas. For breakfast today, my mom made chital pitha for all of our family. The pithas are quite soft and fluffy. The fun of eating these hot chital pitas with tea in the morning is different. They are very big, so I ate three pieces.

After a heavy breakfast, I usually don't eat much in the morning until lunch time. I have lunch almost at the same time every day, and my lunch time is 1.30 pm. Although rice is our staple food I like to take it in small amounts. I always try to keep the food balanced. For lunch today, I had an egg, spinach, lentils, potatoes, and rice.

Every day in the afternoon, I have a fixed meal. I do not eat any other food throughout the day, but I eat these foods regularly. It is my habit to eat some peanuts and dates every afternoon. We all know how beneficial they are for our bodies. These help keep my hair and skin healthy. So this afternoon I ate five almonds and three dates.

This evening, when I was sitting in our drawing room, my mother gave me a bowl of chickpeas to eat. Most of the time, I mix it with some cucumber and carrot. But today I didn't add any salad with it as chickpeas are more filling. Chickpeas contain a lot of vegetable fiber, which helps build our bodies.

We should always keep balanced foods on the food list. People who do too much physical work should keep more protein rich food in their diet. I always try to be conscious about food and keep all food ingredients in my food.
