Today I will tell you about one of my favorite foods. And that is a completely different taste recipe with chicken. Meat is a delicious food that is preferred by more or less people. Again there are different types of cooking of this meat. This meat can be cooked in different ways. Which makes every eater’s heart flutter.

Among my favorite meat recipes is "Spicy Lyme Roast" from "Indian Cuisine". About this meat recipe one by one, I will try to explain everything in my way based on the content, In-Shah-Allah!

Ingredients for cooking Spicy Lyme Roast:


  1. Chicken (1.5 kg)
  2. Lemon juice
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper
  5. Ginger, garlic paste
  6. Tomato sauce
  7. Soy sauce
  8. Cardamom
  9. Cinnamon
  10. Cloves
  11. Bay leaf
  12. Soybean oil

I will try to show the cooking steps one by one, In-Shah-Allah!


Step 1
First I cut the chicken into my desired size and washed it well. Later, I pierced the chicken pieces with a slotted spoon so that the spices can penetrate well and marinate in the next steps.


Step 2
After shredding with a slotted spoon, I placed the chicken pieces in a colander to drain. Now put lemon juice and a little salt on the chicken meat and put it in a strainer to drain the water. So that the excess water is drained away and the different smell of the chicken meat is also reduced.


Step 3
After the water drains, I will add all the other ingredients one by one. Now I have marinated the chicken with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, and tomato sauce. Many people can also use oyster sauce if they want. It will make the test taste different.



Step 4
After mixing all the spices, I leave the chicken on the normal temperature side of the refrigerator for 40-45 minutes to marinate. If desired, it can be marinated the night before.

Step 5
After marinating, take the chicken out of the refrigerator. Then heat it in the oven with a frying pan on medium heat. After the pan is hot, I add enough soybean oil to fry the chicken pieces.


Step 6
After the oil is hot, I drop the chicken pieces into the oil one by one. I fried it completely on a medium flame like the chicken is deep fried. But I have made sure that it stays juicy, not dry. This is how I fried all the chicken. After frying, take it in a separate container.


Step 7
In that one fry pan, I chopped onion and fried it till it turns brown in oil. Later I added cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and bay leaf.


Step 8
After the onion turns brown, I fry it with ginger garlic batter.


Step 9
After frying, I poured the previously fried chicken meat into the mixture in the pan and mixed it gently by hand. After mixing one cup quantity and covered it with a lid.


Step 10
After 15-20 minutes covered and cooked on medium flame, I turned off the flame only after the chicken became a sticky gravy. I finished cooking, Alhamdulillah!
