Good afternoon steemians, how has your day been today? I want to present my entry for this wonderful contest that talks about friendship. Am sure alot of you do have numerous friends and each of them do help you in one way or the other. Special thanks to @shiftitamanna for creating this amazing contest. Stay tuned as I begin to share my view on this.
How important is friendship in your life?
Friendship is very important in my life because am a guy who might kill myself if I stay lonely for a month. I used to be very anti-social but I began to see the need to associate with the teens around me and make good friends. Friendship is very good because it makes us mature and more experienced in life. When our friends betray us, we get to understand few things which will make us very wise in life.
I do associate with both boys and girls and they are always behaving well, I don't go closer to people who aren't wise and brilliant, I always follow friends who will make me a responsible man in the future. Am a jovial guy who flow with everyone appropriately but most times people make me furious and I hold back because I don't want to fight anyone.
Why do we need friends in our life?
In our lives friends are very important in our life because most of them always help us grow effectively and disciplined.If everyone just stay on their own without associating with others, life will become very boring and quiet. The following are few reasons we need friends in our life;
- To gather knowledge and create something new.
- To engage in sporty activities together.
- For getting necessary information.
- To learn new things of life.
- To avoid being bored and many others.

What qualities should a true friend have?
True friends are very rare these days as the bad is overcoming the good. Luckily for us their are few qualities we can see in a friend that can be true to us all the time. We still need to be careful because most people do pretend to be true fruet while they are not. The following are these qualities;
✅ Trustworthy
✅ Respectful
✅ Discipline
✅ Brilliant
✅ Loyal and so many others.
Who are the true friends in your life and why? Tell us about it.
I do have a very wonderful true friend in my area and we met in high school. My friend is James, we always co-operate no matter what. James is already an undergraduate but I haven't even enter school but anyone I will get admission soon. James was the one who brought me to this great platform steemit and I will never get tired of appreciating for bringing me here .
James powered down that same last year because of some personal issues, I just kept on moving and am still trying to get to the top. James and I do play basketball together and we are always in the same team each time s game starts. I will be learning forex trading next year and guess who will be coaching me, is no other person than James. I thing I like about James is that he's a guy with future plans and good mindset.
